Website visitor statistics

We use Google Analytics on the public homepage to understand visits, pages viewed, approximate location, devices and referral sources. Google Analytics can use cookies and process information outside Canada. Our tag starts after the page loads and honours browser Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control and an existing analytics denial. Advertising signals are disabled. Our analytics configuration removes query strings and fragments from the page address and the path from the referring address. We do not configure user IDs or send checkout field values to Analytics. Google privacy information.

Catering inquiries

The catering form prepares an inquiry in your browser. You choose whether to copy, download or open it in your email app; nothing is emailed automatically. Refreshing clears the entries. We do not run Google Analytics on the catering form page. We use the details you send us by email to respond and arrange your request.

Your orders and purchase history

We collect the name, email, optional phone number, items, pickup details and notes you provide to fulfil your order, provide support and maintain customer purchase history. Please include only the information needed for your order. Square processes your payment; our website does not store card numbers.

Order records and customer notes are kept in private server storage and accessed through our authenticated Admin Console. We retain records as needed for order support, customer administration and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Optional promotional email and texts

You can choose email offers, text offers, both, or neither. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We record your selection, its wording, date and associated order. We do not enrol you simply because you bought something or requested a receipt.

If you opt in, we may send café news, special offers and promotions using Brevo. Relevant contact details and purchase summaries may be transferred to that provider to manage offers and audience groups. Its services may process data outside Canada. Brevo privacy information.

Promotional text frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To stop texts, reply STOP to a promotional message. Use the unsubscribe link in an email to stop email offers. For help or to withdraw either permission, contact us below. We keep a suppression record to honour your request; stopping offers does not stop necessary order communications.

Questions, access or correction

Contact us to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or withdraw marketing consent. Some order records may need to be retained for recordkeeping obligations.
